MBTP employees were lucky enough to benefit from an awareness-raising session on moral and sexual harassment in the workplace, organized by the Burotop Iris Foundation and run by the Association Femme Juriste du Congo. Participants learned about appropriate and inappropriate behavior towards colleagues, and what to do in the event of harassment.
This highly informative presentation ended with a question-and-answer session, enabling participants to clarify their doubts and deepen their knowledge. It’s crucial to remember the right human values to adopt in all circumstances, whether at work or elsewhere. It’s important to stress that a simple discussion can go a long way to alleviating harassment, and that it’s everyone’s duty to commit to creating a safe and healthy working environment for all.
