The Burotop Iris Foundation organized an awareness-raising session for Burotop Iris staff on the theme of “moral and sexual harassment in the workplace”. The presentation was given by the Association des Femmes Juristes du Congo, and its informative content was much appreciated by the employees present.
Participants were made aware of behaviors to adopt and avoid in their professional environment, as well as in their private lives. This awareness-raising exercise was very beneficial for all employees, who received valuable advice to help them better understand the different forms of harassment and how to avoid or report them. Fondation Burotop Iris is delighted to have contributed to this important awareness campaign for the well-being of its employees.
